CRUSH Conference

event styling + art direction

Every year, ONEHOPE’s community of direct sales consultants congregate for a weekend of training, development, and support. The annual CRUSH Conference is hosted in a different city each year, bearing a fresh theme that paired with the destination and set a collaborative intention for the year.

We were all hands on deck to produce everything for the event from activations, signage, presentations, videos, as well as the design and setup for all areas of the event.

Responsibilities

  • Creation of moodboards to guide event layout

  • Source and purchase props, decorative elements and decor

  • Coordination with event manager, production team and rental companies

  • Collaborate with creative team on event theme and design aesthetic

  • Lead event collateral production and delivery

I designed this custom birch sign in 2017 with the hope that it would become an iconic element incorporated into the event’s main stage backdrop for years to come. It has since traveled to multiple cities and is incorporated into every CRUSH.
