CRUSH Conference

Every year ONEHOPE’s community of direct sales consultants congregate for a weekend of training, development, and celebration. The annual CRUSH conference is hosted in a different city each year, bearing a rotating theme intended to set the energy and play up the location.

The entire team was all hands on deck to produce everything for the event from activations, signage, presentations, videos, as well as the design of all event spaces.

CRUSH 2019
“Amplify Your Impact”

📍Nashville, TN

Galvanized sign I sourced from a local vintage shop.

The main gathering room had a dark, slightly cold ambiance with an industrial feel and concrete flooring. We looked for creative ways to warm up the space. For two weeks prior to the event, I scoured as many vintage stores and flea markets in Nashville searching for props that would contribute to the vision set by the Lead Stylist.

We wanted to offer a unique and enchanting lounge space for attendees—the yurt was a hit! You could catch a handful of attendees enjoying the cozy space throughout the weekend. It was a popular hangout for intimate conversations and a celebratory ch…

The yurt sparked curiosity and offered an intimate space that encouraged conversations. I coordinated with the Event Manager and Lead Stylist to source vendors and secure furnishings for each of the vignettes.

Attendees were asked to write down the ways they’ve made a big change in the world and what they plan to do to make an impact in the year to come on the Record Your Impact activity wall.

The Record Your Impact wall was a feel-good activation where attendees could write down the ways they had made an impact on their local charities, communities, or even in their own families over the past year.

Special guest speaker LeAnn Rimes with attendees in front of the custom vinyl wall that I designed.

LeAnn Rimes made an appearance as a special guest speaker, sharing her passion for giving back to pet adoptions — her cause of choice.

The ballroom floor and stage for the final evening of the event featuring the familiar CRUSH birch sign I designed in 2017. We carried over the records from the activity wall to provide a nod to the music city theme that we integrated throughout the…

CRUSH 2018
“Homegrown Heroes”

📍San Francisco, CA

Check-in table for attendees featuring a handmade sign I created overtop a backdrop of foliage.
Air plants encased in geo terrariums were situated around the conference lounge space to provide an organic, yet elegant design element that complemented the event color palette and vibe.

To tie back to the theme, the decor and design collateral featured jewel tones and a mix of organic and elegant styles. Intentional use of color, greenery, and geo shapes helped make a cohesive experience across all the event spaces. As my first year supporting the Lead Stylist, this was a really unique opportunity to work with my hands and step out of my creative comfort zone.
